TPCP Promotes Shelia Garrett - April 18th, 2011
The Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program (TPCP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Shelia Garrett to the Budget Analyst position for the program. She has a broad range of experience in various management environments including city government, small business and military service.
Shelia has a Bachelor of Education and Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University and has completed hours toward a MBA. She has developed business plans for small companies; directed quality control functions; and directed the collection, analysis and reporting of data. She has extensive knowledge of grants management and is exceptionally skilled in production and control and compliance management.
Shelia joined the TPCP in November 2009 as the Field Audit Specialist responsible for the financial monitoring of the many TPCP sub grants.
